TERMS OF SERVICE v1.2
By requesting works from me, you agree to the terms of service below.
GENERAL
A.1 - I will never share your name, payment information or any other identifiers with any third parties.
A.2 - All characters used in produced works belong to their respective owners.
A.3 - I will use branding in any piece posted to social media but they will be removed in final delivery.
A.4 - I will use the works produced to promote myself on social media and other platforms.
A.4 - Any aggressive/abusive behaviour will result in your commission being pushed to the bottom of the queue with immediate effect, please be considerate.
A.5 - Once sketch stage is complete only some small changes can be made but feel free to discuss with me.
COMMUNICATION
B.1 - Any and all communication(s) will be made via the e-mail provided during the commission request process.
B.2 - Alternate forms of communication can be requested via the commission form, but the email will always be a method to fall back on.
B.3 - Turnaround times are estimates based on how long it takes me to do work from the time of starting a piece. This estimate is also based on quick response times of clients.
PERMISSIONS
C.1 - Any characters that you have me make art of must have the relevant consent/permission to use.
C.2 - By requesting work(s) from me you acknowledge that all the characters requested have said consent/permission to have work(s) made of them.
C.3 - If you do not have relevant permissions you accept full responsibility for any repercussions incited.
DELIVERY
D.1 - Works will be delivered through a google drive link only in a zip folder.
D.2 - I will keep these files for some time but you are responsible for backing up your copies of the files.
PAYMENT
E.1 - I accept payment by paypal only.
E.2 - Once a price is locked in that is the price you will pay total.
E.3 - 50% of total payment must be made after the sketch stage is complete, I will inform you when this is the case.
E.4 - The first 50% of total payment is none refundable.
E.5 - The second 50% payment must be paid once the work is complete.
E.6 - Payment options can be discussed but finished work(s) will not be delivered until after full payment is made.
E.7 - Once full payment is complete, a google drive link to the produced work(s) will be provided.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLING WORK
F.1 - The first 50% of any commissions full price is none refundable as stated in section E.4
F.2 - Should a refund be requested the money shall be returned to you as soon as the payment services I use are able (paypal), I will ofcourse endevour to send the request through them as soon as I am able.
F.3 - Should you want to cancel your commission(s) before the sketch stage, you will not be required to pay anything, however you will not recieve any work currently in progress either.
F.4 - Should you want to cancel your commission(s) after the sketch stage, you are free to do so and are not required to pay any additional fees. However you will not recieve any of the currently produced work either. Additionally you will not recieve any refund for the first 50% of the works total cost as stated in section F.1 and E.4. if you paid in full you will be refunded the second 50% of the total cost of the commission price.
IN REGARDS TO AI AND GENERATIVE AI
G.1 - By requesting work(s) from me you acknowledge that you will not use the work(s) produced with AI in any form what so ever and doing so will result in being refused current and future service to you permanently.
